I’m going to speak to the critics who have been griping about Coach DeBoer and our squad (Bama Nation) all year long once more. Coach DeBoer has some of the top stats in the country; just last year, he became just the fourth coach to win the Iron Bowl in his first season at Bama. That’s quite amazing! Then, by winning the Iron Bowl, he ties 1931 Bama coach Frank Thomas for the most victories in his rookie campaign! With these individuals, he saw their potential and supported them, one game at a time. He inherited this young team and has excelled both on and off the field!
