Carlos Dunlap is back in Cincinnati and was at Paul Brown Stadium on Wednesday.
Carlos Dunlap arrived at Cincinnati’s stadium on Wednesday for the first time since offseason activities began in the spring.
It’s unclear whether he practiced on Wednesday, but he’s definitely back, and it appears he’ll be participating in obligatory minicamp next week.
Dunlap’s Instagram account shows him going to the Stadium with Cincinnati geotags, confirming his return.
Dunlap will become a free agent in 2019 if the Bengals do not extend his deal before then. He will earn $7 million this season if he does not sign an agreement with the organization before the season begins. He should have received a $300,000 workout bonus, but will forfeit it due having missed OTAs thus far.
“That is a lot of money. “No denying that,” Dunlap told Bengals.com after his comeback. “I value the training I received in Florida. I’m making sure I’m in the greatest shape possible to address the deficiencies they see and the things I didn’t accomplish well last year. “I believe that will pay off.”
All that aside, it’s wonderful to see Dunlap back in Cincinnati!
A breakdown of Joe Burrow’s sack escape against the 49ers.
Joe Goodberry provided a humorous breakdown of the play.
In a 31-17 victory over San Francisco, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow demonstrated his “slim shady” side by passing for 285 yards and three touchdowns.
Early in the game, he avoided a sack and connected with Tee Higgins for a first-down conversion, accounting for a small (but significant) portion of those figures.
Check out Joe Goodberry’s breakdown of the fantastic play, with “The Real Slim Shady” instrumental serving as a great backdrop.
